SupaScreen security screens for doors and windows are an innovative design allowing unobstructed views, with maximum strength and security.
SupaScreen® Doors
SupaScreen security screen doors are made from marine grade 316 high-quality stainless steel. The woven mesh looks like a fly screen but offers superior protection, providing a welcoming entrance without compromising the appearance of your front door.
They come with standard high-quality locks or the option for triple point locking systems on hinged doors, which firmly anchor the door at the top, centre, and bottom.
SupaScreen® Windows
SupaScreen security window screens allow unobstructed views through the fine mesh and can be installed without compromising the appearance of a room.
By colour matching frames to the existing joinery, SupaScreen windows blend into the surroundings providing total security without compromise.
SupaScreen relies on a patented manufacturing process, whereby all the sections of the assembly are held together under great pressure with no visible fastening or anchor points. This has eliminated the need for screws or rivets so no dissimilar metals come into contact with the mesh, thus removing this as a possible cause of corrosion.

Clearguard® Security Screens
Clearguard is the latest innovation in home security screens in NZ and Screens R Us / HomePlus is pleased to offer it to their customers. With a perforated 1.6mm hardened aluminium screen, Clearguard is a modern alternative to Amplimesh aluminium grille doors or SupaScreen premium woven stainless steel mesh.
Clearguard® Security Screens for Doors and Windows
Clearguard doors are a reliable, high-quality security system with strong aluminium frames to complement the tough and durable aluminium screen.
Perforation of the aluminium screen means that they are practically see-through, so you feel secure without losing your outside view or light.
A unique patented pressure process used in assembling the screen eliminates the need for screws or rivets, so the finished screen has a smooth and more aesthetically pleasing finish.
All frames are able to be colour coated to your requirements, to complement and blend in with your homes joinery.

Amplimesh® Grille Security Screens for Doors and Windows
Proven and dependable, Amplimesh security grille doors and windows have been protecting Kiwi homes for over 50 years.
Aluminium grille-type doors and window screens provide a visual deterrent and effective protection from uninvited guests; Amplimesh is recognised in the marketplace for its strength of materials. The heavy-duty frame and corner stakes can be matched with three-point locks, located at the top, centre, and bottom on hinged security doors.
Amplimesh custom-made security doors and windows allow you to make the most of the warm weather by letting the breeze through your home – while still being secure, reducing the risk to you and your property. But open doors and windows can also make your home an enticing option for mosquitoes, flies, and other bugs, so a high-quality tough vinyl-coated polyester yarn insect screen is a standard feature on all Amplimesh grille doors & windows.
Two styles of grilles are available, the popular 103 grille or the smaller style 125 grille type. All grilles and frames can be colour coated to match existing joinery, blending in with your home décor.

Installation
Security Doors are fitted differently, depending on whether your existing joinery is wooden or aluminum.
- Wooden joinery does not often need an extra frame when installing a security door.
- Aluminum joinery requires a build-out or adaptor frame due to the design of the aluminum.

- Installation can be completed in as little as 45 minutes
- Please note that although installation is a fast process, it may take several weeks between measure and quote and installation, due to sourcing products from suppliers and manufacturing lead times.
- Our lead times extends in the summer months, so winter is a great time to have a door or window screen installed - We can have it done quickly as there is no waiting list during the colder months.
Additional Options
Three Point Locks
Our Three Point Lock System offer extra security for security doors, with the three locks anchoring the door at the top, middle, and bottom of the door. These locks are are a additional optional that can be fitted to any of our hinged security screen doors. A great option.
Pet Doors
For ultimate convenience, you may also want to consider installing a pet access door. Pet access doors are available for all our Screens doors - and are the ideal way to give your pet complete freedom to move in and out of your home, while the screen door is in use. Available in black, our pet access doors come in three sizes - small, medium & large. Alternatively, we can also accommodate if you have a existing pet door with a cut out that mirrors your existing pet door still allowing your pet freedom no matter which door is in use.
Pet Resistant Mesh
A specialist mesh made from strong heavy-duty polyester, to resist damage from cats and dogs but still provide excellent outward visibility. Pet Proof mesh is only optional on the Amplimesh® Grille Security Screens for Doors and Windows.
Look-Out™ One Way Vision Mesh
With the correct light, Look-out One Way Vision Mesh allows a person on the inside to clearly see out, while viewing from the outside in the visibility is reduced.
